Optimal health goes beyond what you eat and how hard you work out — it is a lifestyle that flourishes. At the bottom of this post, I share with you seven key pieces advice for writing an essay.
Solution: Maintain a Balanced Diet—
Eat real whole foods, prioritize fruits and vegetables, lean proteins (like fish), chicken or turkey breast) and healthy protein sources like lentils & beans; high fiber grains like quinoa.
Hydrate:
Keep yourself hydrated with water at regular intervals to help overall body functioning.
Regular Exercise:
Try to accumulate a minimum 150 min/week of exercise that is moderately intense in order to maintain heart health as well as muscle mass.
Prioritize Sleep:
Get plenty of rest- 7–9 hours a night; your body needs time to recover and recharge so put priority in sleep.
Handle Stress:
Practice some relaxation methods like meditation or Breathing exercises.
Avoid
Unhealthy Habits: Reduce drinking and do not smoke.
Maintain
Social Relationships: Better relationships serve as a powerful income hedge.
